We take great care in creating meaningful jewelry that’s made especially for you. Please review the policy below carefully before placing your order.
Customized & Made-to-Order Jewelry
All of our jewelry is custom-made to order based on the personalization details provided at checkout.
Because each piece is created specifically for you, customized items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect personalization details
- Sizing preferences
We kindly ask that you double-check all personalization details before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started.
Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for review, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only if a replacement is not possible.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds, replacements, or exchanges will not be provided for:
- Errors in personalization submitted by the customer
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents
- Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
Items Marked as Delivered
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Check with household members or neighbors
- Contact your local carrier or post office
- Allow up to 48 hours, as early delivery scans may occur
In cases of confirmed theft or misdelivery, a replacement may be considered solely at our discretion after sufficient investigation. Refunds are not guaranteed in these cases.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if a return is approved.
Refund Processing (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and are outside our control.
