Are your products customized?

Yes. All of our jewelry is custom-made to order based on the personalization details you provide at checkout (name, flower, spelling, etc.).


How long does it take to make my order?

Production typically takes 2–5 business days. During non-peak periods, most orders ship within 2–3 business days.


When will my order ship?

Once production is complete, your order is shipped, and a tracking number is emailed to you. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times begin after your order ships and are estimates only.

           USA: 2–5 business days

           Canada: 4–10 business days

           Western Europe: 3–8 business days

           Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

           Rest of the world: 5–20 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier or customs delays.


Can I return or exchange my item?

All of our jewelry is custom-made and made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, incorrect personalization details, or sizing issues.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Because our products are highly personalized and sentimental, we are committed to working with you to resolve any genuine issues as fairly and quickly as possible.

What if I made a mistake in the personalization?

We create your jewelry exactly as submitted at checkout. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete personalization details provided by the customer.


What materials are used in your jewelry?

All of our jewelry is made from 316L Surgical Grade Stainless Steel, selected for its durability, resistance to tarnishing, and skin-friendly properties.

Some designs are available with a gold finish option:

  • 14K gold-finish pieces are plated with rhodium
  • 18K gold-finish pieces are plated with real 18K yellow gold

We use a high-quality electroplating process designed to provide a long-lasting finish that does not easily rub off or flake with normal wear.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide.


My tracking shows “delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, delivery responsibility lies with them.


What if my order is delayed or lost?

Delivery delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or packages lost after shipment.
